Hello! It has been a long time. I’ve never offered an explanation of where I went or what my plans were, so here I am to remedy that.

To make a long story short, I took a very long hiatus from storytelling. I have still been writing these past years and have accumulated a large volume of random notebooks and Word docs full of my random thoughts and observations. Because it was mostly nonfiction, I didn’t post the bulk of my work on this website.

I have been trying to decide where to go with my writing for a long time now. I still write hundreds of words every day, but not all on the same subject. I considered starting a new website with a history focus (I am a History major now), but not all of my thoughts are specific to history, and it seems silly to start from scratch. Additionally, I have to ask if my past readers would rather receive something different, or nothing at all (maybe you can let me know). I am tired of keeping my thoughts to myself, and maybe someone will find them useful somehow.

I will mostly be writing about history, philosophy, religion, or whatever else seems interesting. I’m not saying I will never write short stories again, I would like to write more in the future, but I’m not sure about that yet. I will leave up all the old stories and artwork so you can still read them, and I will likely make a few improvements to the website to make it more user friendly. In the meantime, I hope my content is still valuable to you.
